CALS to Launch New Podcast

by

Starting tomorrow, Aug. 12, the Central Arkansas Library System will launch the podcast “Primary Sources.” The podcast will feature conversations with interesting members of the community and their perspectives on relevant topics from society to politics to life in Arkansas.

The inaugural episode will feature an interview Dr. David Stricklin, head of the Butler Center for Arkansas Studies, conducted with Baker Kurrus, former Little Rock School District superintendent. They’ll discuss the challenges he overcame, politics of the district and his subsequent removal from the title.

“Primary Sources” will join other CALS podcasts “Chewing the Fat with Rex & Paul” and “RadioCALS.”
