The Mitchell Communications Group founder, CEO and Fayetteville local, Elise Mitchell, will release her new book, “Leading Through the Turn,” in January 2017.
“I’ve always been a destination person, very focused on achieving my goals. But I was working so hard to get there, I was missing the journey,” Mitchell said. “I learned to ride a motorcycle several years ago, and it inspired me to think about the importance of enjoying the ride. I’ve become more journey-minded. As a result, I have found greater joy in my leadership experience and have made the time to savor life more fully.”
