The Little Rock Technology Park has completed the first phase of its six-phase project. According to Brent Birch, executive director of the Tech Park, this first phase of development came in $2.5 million under budget.

The park currently has 39 tenants made up of startup and tech companies.

“With Phase I complete and nearing full occupancy, moving forward with the design and development of Phase II is of utmost importance. We need to capture positive momentum while seeking even more innovative ways to grow Little Rock’s technology economy,” said Jay Chessir, CEO of the Little Rock Regional Chamber.
