Maintaining company culture

Start with yourself, duplicate yourself, check yourself. Create a great company culture by figuring out what is truly important to you and your team.

As a company grows, you alone cannot make sure that everyone keeps the culture, but you can duplicate yourself through your top 20 percent of employees, then ask them to duplicate themselves. Create a team of culture-keepers by letting everyone own a piece of the environment.

When things get stressful, the first thing to go is company culture. Check yourself and be sure you are not letting the stress of business break your company culture.
