We were honored to host Don Rheem as a guest presenter. Don is a super compelling speaker whose area of expertise is leadership and employee engagement and retention, something a lot of businesses struggle with these days.
We all do (or should do) annual temperature checks to see how our employees are feeling about our companies and leadership. Three areas that need improvement: recognition, feedback, engagement measurement.
