Small Museum Grants Program sets out to preserve Arkansas History

by The 100 Companies

Since 1975, the Division of Arkansas Heritage (DAH) has been working to preserve, protect and promote the state’s natural and cultural history for all – a goal that is at the heart of its Small Museum Grants Program. Through this initiative, small museums and historical sites and societies may apply to receive funds to help them research, conserve and share Arkansas’s rich heritage.

Not all activities can receive awards, so be sure that your organization’s projects align with the grant program goals.

To see if your museum or organization is eligible, check the DAH’s evaluation criteria and apply through the website by Oct. 20.
