Memorable Dining at Asheville’s Rhubarb

by

Located in Pack Square is Asheville’s famous American cuisine eatery, Rhubarb. The rustic look and relaxed setting is well-suited for downtown.

Award-winning chef and Winston-Salem native John Fleer sees the farm-to-table restaurant as a place for family and friends to celebrate milestones and make memories by sharing a meal. The inspiration for his culinary career began in Venice after discovering that city’s food culture. He soon mastered turning local ingredients into outstanding dishes. John gained fame at Tennessee’s Blackberry Farm prior to opening Rhubarb.

Rhubarb features seasonal, locally inspired meals, plus a Sunday Supper menu.
