More restaurants are getting aboard the vegan food train. Michael Qandah is the latest entrant to expand Little Rock’s plant-based cooking scene. He’s the vegan chef – with a stunning Instagram feed – who runs Happy Bear Cooking.
Recently featured on The Southern Well Being, Chef Qandah’s mission is to reduce the chasm between omnivores and vegans. Raised by restaurateurs (his parents own Smokey Joe’s BBQ joint), cooking great food comes naturally to him.
