There may be no woman in Arkansas who loves chocolate more than Carmen Portillo. Portillo became interested in artisan chocolates while living in London where she tasted handmade, gourmet truffles.
In 2009, she became the first Certified Professional Chocolatier in Arkansas. In 2012, she opened Cocoa Belle in the Little Rock River Market Pavilion. She relocated to Bryant this year. Portillo handcrafts every item with her own unique recipes, making the chocolates both beautiful and delicious.
Cocoa Belle offers in-store experiences, online ordering, special event catering and is currently launching a subscription service, bringing chocolate to your front door.
