Here are three tips to help you squeeze in a morning workout:

1. Plan your outfit and lay out your clothes the night before to save time.

2. Work out with a friend. Your chance of skipping the gym decreases if you know someone is depending on you.

3. Schedule workouts as you would a doctor’s appointment or meeting. You are more likely to complete your exercise if you write it down.
