With American Heart Month in full swing, CHI St. Vincent has launched an online assessment tool to help people start taking control of their own heart health. The free test allows participants to gain access to their heart age, as well as a comprehensive breakdown of their potential heart-health risks.
The assessment, which takes five minutes to complete on average, asks users a series of questions related to their health and family history before providing a printable version of the results that they can share with their doctor. Coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death in Arkansas.
