Both the popularity of road cycling and mountain biking continue to grow in Arkansas. The four-day professional Joe Martin Stage Race leads cyclists throughout NWA.
“The Ozarks provide ideal terrain for road cycling races,” said local biker Rob Grunnagle. “Our miles of rolling country roads provide variety, challenges and beautiful scenery.”
The biking community of NWA is growing in both road and mountain biking.
“The common denominator for the various segments of our cycling community is love of the bicycle,” Grunnagle said. “Various leaders in our community are working together to be more connected, share information and collaborate more.”
