Before Ryan Gravel dreamed up the BeltLine, my Atlanta perspective was linear: Peachtree, MARTA, I-75, 85 and 20. Now I roam in different circles.
Sunday, we biked BeltLine areas I hadn’t seen before. In past weeks, I sold my retirement stocks and invested the proceeds in one BeltLine community – Capitol View Manor. This charming neighborhood is bordered by Atlanta Tech, where I learned bricklaying and carpentry during high school.
It began in June when I wandered and found a house I loved. Five days later I coincidentally had coffee with its owner, who I surprisingly discovered was selling it: Gravel.
