Female leaders continue to power HIPPY USA

As the executive director of HIPPY USA, Staci Croom-Raley has seen firsthand what women can accomplish when given a fair opportunity. Women have been the cornerstone and backbone of HIPPY (Home Instruction for Parents of Preschool Youngsters) since its inception.

“I feel like I’m part of a legacy of strong women who are leading a movement and partnering with parents,” Croom-Raley said.

For more than 30 years, HIPPY has been leading the charge to assist parents in preparing their children for school. With 93 percent of HIPPY parents being moms, having female leaders is vital to the organization.
