Developments are underway for two new restaurants and 11 apartments to be added to the 300 block of downtown Main Street.
The historic Rose Building is undergoing a $1.5 million renovation to prepare for the new tenants. Ira’s restaurant and A.W. Lin’s will fill the ground floor, making for a total of seven restaurants on the downtown side of Main Street. The second-floor apartments are expected to be available by mid-2018.
The upcoming eateries and apartments are in addition to several new entities to the 300 block including Brewski’s Pub and Grub and the Mulberry Flats.
