Jeff Nichols to Teach Film Writing Seminar

In partnership with Arkansas Cinema Society, Jeff Nichols, writer and director of “Loving” and ACS chairman, will lead a “Writing for Film” seminar on Nov. 12 at Ron Robinson Theater.

“Through sharing my methodology and experiences, I hope to somewhat demystify the writing process and offer up strategies for tackling feature film scripts,” Nichols said. “I also would like to talk a little about the business side of selling or optioning writing work, but I mostly intend for this to be a seminar about the process of writing.”

Nichols has teaching experience at the University of Texas alongside Matthew McConaughey.
