Markham & Fitz opens at 8th St. Market

It’s a chocolate lover’s haven. Markham & Fitz, previously Hello Cocoa, has opened in Bentonville’s 8th Street Market.

The chocolate and dessert bar and cafe features its signature chocolate in bars, bon bons, truffles and more confections. The brand and co-founders Preston Stewart and Lauren Blanco developed their reputation around Northwest Arkansas by creating “bean-to bar” chocolate. The cacao beans are harvested from Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, Guatemala and Nicaragua, then turned into chocolate bars in its Fayetteville-based factory.

As its first storefront, the chocolate bar will allow guests to dive into Markham & Fitz’s many different creations.
