Lawyer Nancy Martin discusses her fashion career.
For many, it’s hard to imagine changing career paths. Much less careers vastly different from one another. That wasn’t the case for Bentonville-based lawyer turned fashion designer Nancy Martin.
“All my clothes going to court were uncomfortable,” Martin said. “I just thought ‘I can do better than this.’”
Nearly five years ago, N.A. Martin began with the launch of her first pencil skirt, made in New York City. Martin creates pieces for women of all ages that are comfortable, functional, and also stylish.
While her fashion business continues to grow, Martin also actively maintains her own law practice.
