Knife Crafting in Nashville

by

Jerry Fisk has been crafting knives as a master bladesman since 1989. Though his shop is based out of Nashville, AR, Fisk’s knives are known nationwide. He has won several awards, including receiving the title of “National Living Treasure” by the University of North Carolina and has permanent pieces in the New York State Museum and many more.

“I would rather preserve this craft and preserve my name more than I (want to) make money,” Fisk said.

Videographer Jeff Dailey was able to meet with Fisk to learn more about and document his delicate and intricate process in knife carving.
