Bentonville-based arts and performance venue, The Momentary, has become the region’s most flexible contemporary arts space, backed by innovative technical designs from theatre planning firm, Schuler Shook. Performance areas for this interactive venue were designed in conjunction with architect Wheeler Kearns, transforming a former cheese factory.
The team’s work on this satellite space for Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art allowed operators to realize their vision of converting a decommissioned, 63,000-square-foot factory into an adaptable venue with four performance spaces. The Momentary hosts a variety of performances (e.g., musical acts, visual media, theatrical productions, festivals and more).
