The Bernice Garden boasts 15,000 square feet of space filled with sculptures that reflect the character of Arkansans, according to owner/creator Anita Davis—sturdy with a dollop of playfulness.
Everything in the garden has a sustainable element: The concrete patio was once the foundation of a fast-food restaurant. The lighted canopy collects rainwater directed into a cistern which waters the surrounding flora. And the sculptures were created from recycled and reusable materials.
Grab a goodie from BatchLife Bakery and something to sip from Southern Twisted Tea at the Sunday Farmers Market to enjoy as you stroll through the artwork.
