Nirvana can be found in Northwest Arkansas, where 95% of the region’s residents say they’re happy to live.
The findings come courtesy of the latest Quality of Life Survey, commissioned by the Walton Family Foundation. It found high satisfaction among residents who enjoy strong schools, cultural activities, access to nature, mobility and entrepreneurial support.
Residents took advantage of arts and cultural opportunities with increased attendance at the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Walmart Arkansas Music Pavilion. They also took advantage of the trail systems, one of the best in the country, for walking, biking and hiking.
