“Everyone in the industry has known for years some group was going to come together and bring this manufacturing back to the states. So right now we’ve got all eyes on us,” said HIA Velo Founder Tony Karklins.
Based in Little Rock, Ark., the bicycle manufacturer is quickly progressing and getting ready for its first product launch by the end of October, with a full range available in February.
Karklins and his team were drawn to Little Rock for the manufacturer’s headquarters because of the pool of talent already available to them from past projects, including Orbea and Competitive Cyclist.
