Perhaps nothing has made friends – potential customers, users and consumers – more accessible to small business owners and entrepreneurs than Facebook. In fact, more than six in 10 Arkansas small business owners described Facebook as “important” to running their businesses.
Could that be because nearly 80 percent of all Americans use it regularly, not only to keep up with friends and relatives, but also to purchase goods and services? Facebook has been to 50 cities in the last year to teach small business owners how to better use the platform to grow their businesses. Find out some of what they shared.
