The importance of business owners investing in communities

As a young business owner and McDonald’s franchisee, I know how important it is to encourage those around us to reach their full potential.

We lift each other up, so whether discussing entrepreneurship with young people or training someone on their first job at one of my McDonald’s locations, I strive to foster a commitment to learning. I also enjoy helping youth take control of their futures.

As we recognize Women’s History Month, I want young women out there to know they have the skills to choose their futures and to never let anyone tell them they can’t do something.
