Delta Biscuit Company Plans for Launch in 2017

Biscuit lovers: we’ve got great news. Delta Biscuit Company is coming before the end of 2017. Owner Hayne Begley has been working on the concept and product testing over the past year.

“Our menu is going to be focused on traditional southern staples and, everyone’s favorite, the biscuit,” Begley said.

Begley hopes to fill a void in the Little Rock food scene.

“Not only is Little Rock missing a biscuit place, it’s missing a breakfast place,” Begley said. “We can do something different. But we can do something that’s both comfortable and new. That’s really what we’re trying to do.”
