The Little Rock Gran Fondo, Arkansas’ unique ride featuring high-end food and amenities, will take place May 20 at 8 a.m. Participants will ride 80 miles, with coffee and food between every 25-mile leg, around Little Rock, North Little Rock and down through Wrightsville. A 40-mile race, the Medio Fondo, will take riders to Higgins and return to the Little Rock area.
After the ride, participants and guests are invited to the Finish Line Food Festival featuring local food and beer favorites.
In preparation, cycling communities have hosted training rides of varying lengths around Central Arkansas.
