For all the joy it brings, the holiday season can cause even the most committed diets to come to a halt. Here are a few tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle this holiday season:
• Plan meals accordingly. If you know you’re going out or having a family feast for dinner, choose a lighter option for breakfast and lunch.
• Drink moderately. It’s understandable if you want to unwind, but the third eggnog probably isn’t necessary.
• Get plenty of rest. You work hard enough already; enjoy the time off and catch up on sleep instead of having that late night Netflix binge.
