Voters will decide on several ballot issues this year, including measures to raise minimum wage and institute term limits for legislators.

Issue 1, the tort reform amendment, caps damages and attorney’s fees in lawsuits. The measure is in litigation and may not remain on the ballot.

Issue 2 requires voters to provide photo ID before voting.

Issue 3 bans legislators from serving more than 10 years.

Issue 4 establishes casinos in Jefferson and Pope counties and expands gaming at Oaklawn and Southland.

Issue 5 sets the minimum wage at $11 per hour starting in 2021.

Early voting begins Oct. 22.
