Little Rock Police Department to Launch Recruitment Campaign

by Michael Polzella

The Little Rock Police Department is set to launch a recruitment campaign to attract new candidates amid officer shortages. The department currently has 77 vacancies. Ghidotti Communications will spearhead the effort using the creative talents of the Cranford Co. team. In part, the campaign will focus on targeting women and minorities within a 250-mile radius.

“Our goal is to reach people who love Little Rock but may not have ever considered careers in law enforcement. We want to get the attention of those who want to make a difference in their community,” said Natalie Ghidotti, CEO of Ghidotti Communications.
