SmartAsset has found another reason to start a business in Little Rock: low startup costs. In fact, the city ranked fifth on SmartAsset’s recent ranking of cities with the lowest costs for entrepreneurs.
The study considered things like payroll, office space costs, utilities and filing fees. Another key finding? The South is the best bet for affordability.
