Featuring the work of 60 artists, it shines a light on the contributions of Black artists to an important period in American history and art through paintings, sculptures, street photography and murals.
Developed by London’s Tate Modern and making its debut at Crystal Bridges, “Soul of a Nation: Art in the Age of Black Power” examines the influence that the civil rights movement, minimalism and abstraction had on the artists.
