Get quiet: Sit alone for five to seven minutes, put away your phone and set a timer.
Breathe: Place one hand on your heart, the other on your belly, and breathe. Ask yourself how you feel today.
Listen: What are you sensing right now? That’s your intuition – trust it. More vegetables? A walk? Yoga? Solitude? Coffee with a friend? Write down what comes up and do it. That’s your body’s wisdom guiding you.
