If there’s anything that 2020 has taught college students, it is how to take advantage of life’s little things. After in-person spring semesters were cut short, students spent their summers holding on to the hope that the month of August would restore their independence on campus as a 20-something in America.
Unfortunately, many universities across the country, with some exceptions, have announced classes this fall will be mostly remote. For our college-aged readers, carry these three reminders as you start your online semester — and keep your chin up.
1. Call your friends — they miss you, too.
2. Get outside.
3. Remember, nothing’s permanent.
