Feb. 1 marks the beginning of American Heart Month, an annual reminder for people to take charge of their heart health. CHI St. Vincent, which has the largest and most diverse network of heart specialists in the state, continues to lead the growing efforts to improve heart health.
The Heart Institute offers services in Conway, Hot Springs, Little Rock, North Little Rock and Searcy, among other locations. It also publishes monthly e-newsletters that highlight health news, recipes and wellness tips. As heart disease continues to rank among the leading causes of death, the time to regain control is now.
