The Little Rock Tech Park is in development to serve as an integrated hub for both start-up and mature tech companies and to assist similar industries in the Central Arkansas area.
“(We’ve) continued to make great strides in the six-story building at 417 Main Street,” Brent Birch of Little Rock Tech Park said. “Office suites are starting to take shape with taping, floating drywall, electrical conduit, copper water piping and refrigerant lines being run to all the applicable places. Metal stud work continues on the first floor as well as the early buildout of the retail coffee shop.”
