It’s a holiday display unlike any other. The Arkansas Chinese Lantern Festival has hit the Arkansas State Fairgrounds.
Through Jan. 14, the grounds will be filled with over 30 scenes of larger-than-life handcrafted lanterns from traditional Chinese designs to a winter wonderland filled with snowmen and penguins. Along with the art displays, visitors have the chance to watch live culture performances – such as plate spinning and jar balancing – and traditional Chinese handicraft demonstrations – like Chinese calligraphy name painting, available for purchase.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children 17 and under. You can purchase them here.
