While the 91st Academy Awards ceremony has come and gone, the movie celebration in Little Rock continues. The theme of this year’s annual Downtown Dash 10K/5K race hosted by the Junior League of Little Rock is “Movie Madness,” with all participants encouraged to dress as their favorite movie character.
Set for March 30, the annual race begins at the Junior League building on Scott Street and passes by several of downtown Little Rock’s most prominent sites, including the Clinton Library and Arkansas Arts Center.
The event is handicap and stroller accessible and also includes a shorter race for children.
