3 ways to get better sleep

It’s a fact that a well-rested mind makes you more productive at work. When you don’t get enough sleep or you don’t sleep well, your work life can suffer. Here are three tips for a better snooze:

• Avoid bright screens within 1-2 hours of your bedtime. The blue light from your phone, tablet, computer or TV is disruptive. Read a book.

• Exercise during the day. People who exercise regularly sleep better at night and feel less sleepy during the day.

• Avoid alcohol before bed. That nightcap might initially help you chill, but it interferes with your sleep cycle.
