Leanna Godley founded Goddess Products, Inc. of North Little Rock when opportunity came knocking.
“I saw the opportunity to help the state reach their goal of working with minority vendors,” Godley said. “They took a chance on me and I’m still here 12 years later.”
The most challenging aspect of creating a new business was standing out in a competitive market.
“People don’t always care where they buy their office supplies from, but they will buy from people they like,” Godley said. “We hope the next time you need toner or office furniture, you’ll remember to shop and stay local.”
