When done effectively, thought leadership can transform your brand. It doesn’t happen overnight, but here are three things to guide you as you work toward becoming a thought leader in your industry:

• Be consistent. Publish content on a regular basis so people remember you.

• Find your voice. Everyone has a personality, and when creating content, you’re offering not only expertise but also yourself. Don’t be afraid to project your personality in your writing.

• Surround yourself with a good team. You can’t do it alone. Make sure your team is part of the thought-leadership process and is publishing content too.
