The Natural State has numerous opportunities to pick your own fresh fruits and veggies. Check out these farms in Pulaski County:

Hidden Valley Farm: Pick raspberries, blueberries and blackberries through August. Natural farming methods are used, though the farm is not certified organic. Note: cash only.

Russell Gwin’s Just Picked Vegetables: Take your pick of beans, cucumbers, eggplant, peas, tomatoes, herbs and spices.

Wye Mountain Flowers and Berries: The farm minimizes chemical and pesticide use on their blackberries, blueberries and raspberries. Visit the farm animals, too!

Cadron Crest Orchard (Faulkner County): Peaches available till Sept. 15 and apples until Aug. 15.
